The 2005 Postcard only went out to a very limited number of people, so if you didn't get one, hey - you can grab it from here.

This is just a "hue-blend" image. Starting with the true color image from the Superior National Forest below...

Then the following sunset image, taken the day before when we had no rain, was used to overlay some color:

The overexposed area of the sun actually turns a deeper green. Don't ask me why. Both photos were taken by my friend, Steve Schutz.
