This trip has been in the making for over a year. God blessed me with the opportunity to join a few other friends to visit the Nyamutoras (Fanny, Martha, Simba, Mark, and Joshua) and their African Harvest mission in Zimbabwe for the first time. Please peruse this travel journal to find out more about our trip, the country, and the "mission". Fanny and Martha lived in Rochester with their family for a couple years while Fanny attended Crossroads College. Through the college, church, and other activities, they came to be dear friends to many people. We are pleased to be able to greet them and spend time with them in their native country on behalf of their U.S. friends and supporters.

Notes:

• These journal web pages contain reduced and cropped photos from myself and others on the trip as well as compressed video clips. Many of the photos have short captions if you hover over them. Generally, unattributed photos are from my own Canon s5 IS camera. If you find errors with anything or items that don't work, please let me know and I will correct the site as soon as possible. Jana took me to the Meadow Park church parking lot where we all met at 5:30 and had a prayer. Dave K drove us (leaving around 6) to MSP, where we are to catch our first flight to Atlanta at around 9:30 a.m.
